Buy a Dell. I tried to set the trial version of Office, the statements are false. The version of Office has been loaded incorrectly and had to be removed, I had the software (not the free trial version to purchase). Toshiba customer service is arrogant and bad. "Do not blame us, which is all the fault of Microsoft."

Battery lasts about an hour or less, not three.

I just bought this laptop, and I love its features, and the fact that the surface is not as mature fingerprint magnet Toshiba has just left. I have some problems with the webcam though, as the images are very vague and fuzzy and the color very much. Someone has encountered the same problem or a problem with the equipment I have? This can be solved by establishing a program on the laptop I have not fully discovered? Or should I return the car and ask for a replacement? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is my first laptop, so I went around a bit 'to those who would do what I need. I must say that this laptop more surprising that meets my expectations! And 'super fast, and as a Multi-Tasker I really need this. I ordered on July 29 and received August 4 and I paid for expedited shipping, either. So far I have not been able to slow the laptop down. My only complaint is that it is very heavy and I struggled to find a sleeve and a bag to accommodate this giant of a laptop. Fortunately, I found a sleeve that made it from Amazon and went to Sports Authority and found a gym bag instead of being equipped with a yoga mat, this unit in the laptop bag.
